    The PACE-PAC Mission

To educate, motivate, and mobilize contact center employees on political and legislative matters. It will not be merely a political funding mechanism but will provide ongoing communications and opportunities for political involvement.

In the United States, a Political Action Committee, or PAC, is the name commonly given to a private group, regardless of size, organized to elect or defeat government officials in order to promote legislation, often supporting the group's special interests.

PACE-PAC was formed in order to raise awareness about the contact center industry and to lend support to those political candidates who impact the industry. PACE-PAC is critical for PACE to have a bigger presence on Capitol Hill and in State Houses across the nation.

Over the last few years, PACE-PAC has helped fund and elect several candidates to public office and will continue to support candidates that effectively evaluate every issue when determining public policy.

The funds raised by PACE-PAC were contributed to Members of Congress and candidates for Congress who have been sensitive to the interests of the contact center industry, or are in a position to influence legislation affecting the contact center channel.  Many candidates that support the contact center channel from coast-to-coast have received direct and indirect support through PACE-PAC.

Currently, PACE has begun a campaign to intensify both the PAC’s size and its effectiveness. We strongly encourage PACE member companies to authorize PACE-PAC to solicit its executives.
